Dear HSA-Rundberg Families,

Distance Learning:

Harmony Public Schools has extended the school closure until April 6th. Our goal is to maximize learning and keep our students engaged while they are at home. Our curriculum directors have prepared self-study packets. The learning packets are available for pickup from campuses. Paper Packets will be distributed through HSA’s driveline from 11:00 am – 1:00 pm Monday, March 23rd through Friday, March 27th. Packets can also be printed at home. Here is the link to download at home

The next week’s work, March 30th through April 3rd, will be emailed for download and/or printed for pick up by Monday, March 30th. Students are asked to complete the work and submit it to their teachers upon their return to campus April 7th. Should your child have trouble with any assignment, please contact the teacher.

Teachers have also created Google Classrooms to remain connected with their students. Starting Monday, March 30th, HSA students will receive lessons and assignments through this digital platform. Login information has been sent to students’ email addresses. Students can login to Google Classroom through the school portal at .

We recognize that online learning may be difficult for our families who do not currently have internet access. In response to social distancing requirements, Spectrum is currently offering free internet access to students for the next two months. To learn more about this opportunity call 1-844-488-8395. We will be passing out chromebooks Thursday and Friday, March 26th-27th for families to sign out, agreement must be signed, with one chromebook device per family.

Breakfast and Lunches

Harmony Public Schools is also offering free breakfasts and lunches to individuals under the age of 18. Meals will be served through HSA’s driveline from 11:00 am – 1:00 pm Monday – Friday. Children must be present for meal distribution.

We will share updates through email, School Reach, and our website and facebook. Please contact us with any questions. Our school lines are not working at this time, we will update when they are working. Please call 512-820-9345 for any needs or questions between the hours of 8:00am-4:00pm.

Thank you all for your support as we transition into distance learning and as a community coming together through these challenging times during the COVID-19.

Please stay safe and healthy,

Tiffany Molina, M. Ed.
